A new car wash appears to be in the works in Suwanee.
A building permit application with Gwinnett County indicates that a project called “Turtle Wash – Express” is proposed for 3110 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.
The project would be 3,803 square feet, according to the application. The site is north of Interstate 85.
Experienced developer and franchise operator Moez Hasni is listed as the developer of the project. Hasni has previous experience in the local restaurant, retail and hospitality space; he is the managing partner of Atlanta NorthEast LLC, as well as the CEO of Urban Wings.
Kwon Designs, LLC is listed as the design team working on the Turtle Wash Express project.
