A tire shop is moving into a vacant building behind a gas station near Interstate 20.

According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, N&N Mobile Tire is proposed for 2010 Flat Shoals Avenue SE.

The property is in southeast Atlanta, near the intersection with Fayetteville Road SE. It is nearby several other businesses, including Empire Package, Phat Phish Cafe and Family Dollar.

The tire business would be moving into a vacant one-story building behind the Shell gas station, with no construction or changes planned for the structure, the occupancy plan indicates.

The business would be 1,025 square feet. The estimated cost of work is $1,200, according to the application.

N & N Mobile Tire and Auto Care Services LLC was created in 2021, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
