Another luxury condo building is in mind for Buckhead.

The project from Kolter Urban is proposed for 102 West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The 19-story tower would include 198 units, with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, according to the news outlet.

Architectural and interior design firm Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio is working on the project. (The firm was also recently named the project architect for the planned expansion and renovation of Cobb Galleria Centre.)

The site is located near Buckhead Plaza and next to the St. Regis Atlanta hotel. The property is currently home to parking and a one-story retail building with tenants like Drybar.

Kolter Urban is a Florida-based real estate firm specializing in urban infill and suburban high-density luxury residential condo development. Their portfolio includes fellow luxury residential projects Graydon Buckhead and The Dillon.
