A new Wingstop is expected to land in Cumming.

The fast-casual wings franchise is planned for 530 Lake Center Parkway, according to construction documents.

Wingstop began in 1994 in Garland, Texas, and has since grown to more than 2,000 locations. The menu includes classic and boneless wings in a variety of flavors, crispy tenders, chicken sandwiches, seasoned fries, and dips like ranch, honey mustard and blue cheese.

According to the construction plans, the team behind the upcoming Cumming location is Argonne Capital Group, a franchisee of the wings chain. Founded in 2003, the firm’s portfolio also includes IHOP, Applebee’s, Planet Fitness and more.

What Now Atlanta previously reported that a Wingstop is also planned for Dacula.

Cumming is located northeast of Atlanta.
