An Atlanta-based real estate investment and development company is proposing a new warehouse park in South Fulton.

The project from KMT Partners would include approximately 1.9 million square feet of industrial warehouse space over 191 acres, according to a recent Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) filing with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. It will also include up to 950 parking spaces.

The site for the proposed park is east of Old Senoia Road and west of Fayetteville Road. The project has an estimated completion date of January 2029, according to the DRI filing.

Headquartered in Atlanta and founded by Gregory Boler Jr., KMT Partners seeks out investment opportunities throughout the East Coast.

South Fulton is located southwest of Atlanta.
