Grove Creek Project Proposes Housing, Commercial Space for Commerce

The development northeast of Atlanta would bring nearly 1,200 residential units and almost 340,000 square feet of commercial space.

A mixed-use project is proposed northeast of Atlanta.

A project called Grove Creek would bring 1,193 residential units and 339,000 square feet of commercial space to Commerce, according to a Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) filing. The residential space would include both single-family and multifamily options.

The development comes from Vision Development Partners, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development company, and Terra Commerce Development LLC.

Little else is known about the development at this time, but the project has an estimated completion date of 2032, according to the DRI filing. The estimated value at buildout is $478,158,000.
