Yet-to-open Spanish concept to host job fair on Aug. 1.

Gypsy Kitchen, a 260-seat Spanish restaurant opening in the new Buckhead Atlanta development, placed an advertisement on Craigslist Atlanta Monday announcing a job fair for a list of open positions.

“Our food is conceived by Chef Randy Lewis (Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chef) and uses classic and modern techniques,” according to the ad.

“A 100% all Old World wine list accompanied with craft cocktails and worldly beers help round out our concept. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a great personality we want to meet you.”

The restaurant, from the owners of The Big Ketch and Tin Lizzy’s, is looking to fill positions ranging from servers to craft bartenders.

“Experience is necessary in a fine dining or high volume establishment for a minimum of two years. Knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine is required. We are looking for the best to join our team. Please bring a resume to our job fair.”

Gypsy is hosting its job fair August 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the W Hotel Buckhead.
