60 11th Street could feature 14,000 SF of retail, 319 apartments.
Daniel Corporation and Selig Enterprises are moving forward with the next phase of their mixed-use development, 12th & Midtown.
The Atlanta-based developers submitted a building permit application to city of Atlanta Monday to develop land in Midtown where their next tower 60 11th Street could be constructed.
The tower, considered to be the sister tower of neighboring 77 12th Street, would offer more than 14,000 square feet of street-level retail, and 319 apartments spanning 20-stories.
An estimated $3,050,000 will be spent on “land disturbance” for the new mixed-use building, according to the permit application.
60 11th Street is one of 18 proposed residential towers to be constructed this year in Midtown.
Construction on the tower is scheduled for the fall.

Hmmm… Two glass boxes with a pool/amenities area in the middle… Reminds me of someplace… Oh yeah, let’s call this Metropolis 2.0
I know one thing is for sure, 77 12th better enjoy those rent bikes as long as possible because the entire south side is not going to pay those prices once the new tower blocks their great views.
