Pizzeria coming soon to Sandy Springs and North Druid Hills.
Two separate franchisees are simultaneously opening Marco’s Pizza locations in Atlanta.
Sapan Agrawal will open his pizzeria in the CityWalk Sandy Springs Shopping Center, at 227 Sandy Springs PL., sometime in September.
“We’re working to finalize permits to start construction,” Agrawal told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in a telephone interview Thursday.
The second location, owned by a different unidentified franchisee, will open in North Druid Hills in the Ashford Druid Hills Apartments, at 1491 Druid Valley Dr., according to a Craigslist Atlanta advertisement posted late Wednesday.
The Ohio-based pizza franchise has seven Atlanta locations including the yet-to-open Sandy Springs restaurant, according to the pizzeria’s website. The North Druid Hills location, which has yet to be added to the company’s website, will be the eighth store.
In total, the company has more than 500 stores in 35 states and the Bahamas, with plans to open locations in Puerto Rico and India this year.

The Druid Hills location is in the strip center with Draft and that Mediterranean place on Briarcliff at La Vista, not in an apt complex.
