Plans filed Thursday for email marketing company’s Old Fourth Ward offices.

Atlanta-based email marketing company Mailchimp is moving forward with plans to relocate its West Midtown offices to Ponce City Market (PCM) in Old Fourth Ward.

Jamestown, the mixed-use project’s developer, filed a building permit application Thursday with City of Atlanta for a “second generation tenant build-out on the existing partial 4th and 5th floors” at the development for the email marketing company’s new offices.

An estimated $7,398,790 will be spent building out the 77,228 square foot space, according to the application.

PCM on its blog Monday announced the mixed-use development is officially open to the public.
