Popular Midtown hangout lone failure of 200+ inspections last month.
At the beginning of every month, What Now Atlanta (WNA) publishes a list of Fulton county restaurants that failed health inspections the previous month (click here to see July’s failures.)
Restaurants that receive a score of 70 or less (out of 100) on its health inspection is failing, according to the Fulton County Environmental Health Services Department.
In August, Burkhart’s was the only Fulton business to receive a failing score. As devoted fans and critics of our failed health inspections column, it is rare to have just one failure in a sea of 200 plus inspections (and technically, Burkhart’s isn’t even a restaurant.)

They didn’t say anything about bad hot dogs… Oh, wait. I see what you did there 😉
Regarding the title, do you say “Straight Bar…” or “Black Bar…”? It will be nice one day when it is just a “bar”.
I count two comments……can you?
