Atlanta-based Tecton has plans to develop a ground-up office building on the Beltline near the Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark, Curbed Atlanta first reported Tuesday.

The developer, alongside Cross-Town Realty, the project’s marketers, plan to break ground on The Willoughby in January.

The mid-rise reportedly gets its name from Willoughby Way, the street where the building is slated to go up.

The four-story office building could offer a 3,800-square-foot rooftop “amenity deck,” according to Curbed’s report, and the developers would include restrooms with showers in each suite for tenants wanting to walk, run, or cycle to the office via the Beltline trail.
