Quick-service restaurant coming soon to Brookwood Village.
Nate Hybl, a former NFL quarterback (played for the Cleveland Browns and the Jacksonville Jaguars), is moving forward with plans to open Gusto! Wood Fire Grill in Brookwood Village, at 1935 Peachtree Road NE.
The fast-casual Buckhead restaurant located across the street from Piedmont Hospital will begin serving guests lunch and dinner Oct. 31, Ashley Hesseltine, a company spokeswoman, told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email Tuesday.
“I see this being a go-to for Atlanta’s health-conscious, on-the-go crowd,” Hesseltine said.
“I have tried the food and it’s delicious. As for the concept, it’s absolutely going to revolutionize the fast casual sector.
The restaurant that offers build-your-own salads, rice bowls, sandwiches, and wraps, is opening in space previously occupied by Siagon Cafe (and Mama Fu’s before that.)
How long before Woodfire Grill sues them over the name? Reading just the headline I thought this was a second location.
I thought the same thing.
