Plans filed to convert space at Shops Around Lenox into yoga center.
Colorado-based Corepower Yoga has plans to open its first Atlanta studio in Buckhead.
A building permit application was submitted to City of Atlanta Monday to convert space in Shops Around Lenox, at 3400 Around Lenox Road, into the yoga studio.
An estimated $502,336 will be spent converting the 5,344-square-foot space into Corepower Yoga, according to the application.
Corepower announced earlier this year plans to open 20 studios in new and existing markets. Corepower has 104 locations across thirteen states and over nearly 1,900 instructors, according to the yoga studio’s website.
