St. Tropez, France-based luxury swimwear retailer Vilebrequin has plans to open an Atlanta boutique.

A building permit application was submitted to City of Atlanta Monday to buildout the retail space and storefront for Vilebrequin in suite C304, at 262 Buckhead Avenue, in the Buckhead Atlanta development.

“It is invaluable to us to be able to have direct contact with our existing and loyal clientele from the area while also having the opportunity to establish deep roots in the community.”

An estimated $350,000 will be spent constructing the 1,096-square-foot swimwear boutique, according to the permit filing.

Buckhead Atlanta last week filed plans to build Phase II, the north building on parcel B, which will house Dior and two undisclosed tenants.
