The Mall at Peachtree Center could get the taqueria’s tenth location.
Atlanta-based Tin Lizzy’s could open its newest location downtown in The Mall at Peachtree Center.
A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Tuesday for the “neighborhood taqueria and bar’s” tenth location, at 229 Peachtree Street NE.
Tin Lizzy’s would take suite C-05 in the downtown shopping center, according to the application.
The restaurant known for its “FlexMex,” has locations in Buckhead, Grant Park, Midtown, Perimeter, Emory Point, Mall of Georgia, Kennesaw, Sugarloaf, and Augusta (opening soon at 2821 Washington Road.)
As part of the restaurant’s plan to double its stores by 2017, Tin Lizzy’s this year named Tory Bartlett, the former Vice President of Operations for Hooters of America, its first CEO.
Tin Lizzy’s in Peachtree Center is slated to open in August, a company spokesperson confirmed with What Now Atlanta in an email Wednesday.
