With the introduction of another high-end retailer (with affordability considering the materials) in a recovering economy, here’s wishing that Simon Properties will pull it together with both Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza; restoring their original reputation that was sideswiped in 2007.
And Ben Carter’s issues with the Streets of Buckhead are undoubtedly a blessing for Simon. If I were with the sales/marketing team covering Phipps and Lenox, I’d be on the phone everyday with some of the retailers committed to SOB offering them a deal on space.
I agree Jonathan! Maybe Hermes can make their way back to Lenox and get out of that death trap by Fado Irish Pup haha
Sad, but SO true! I REALLY hope SOB can eventually pull it together though! It could really transform Atlanta.
