Fin and Feathers Owner To Open Augie’s Cafe In Place of Greens and Gravy

Restaurant space sits adjacent Slutty Vegan.

Greens & Gravy, the restaurant from Chef Darius Williams that abruptly closed down in early-2020, will soon be replaced by Augie’s Cafe, a source with first-hand knowledge of the project told What Now Atlanta.

Damon Johnson, the founder of Doe Nation, INC., a hospitality company whose portfolio includes Fin & Feathers, is behind Augie’s Cafe.

Details surrounding the forthcoming eatery, at 1540 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd., are scarce.

In addition to an empty Facebook page for Augie’s Cafe, Johnson did not respond to multiple requests for comment by What Now Atlanta.

The Westview space sits adjacent to the year-and-a-half-old Slutty Vegan, the ever-popular vegan burger joint that got its start as a food truck.
