The Michelin-rated ramen restaurant Okiboru will open its second Atlanta location at the Aramore condominium complex in Buckhead, as per a Friday press release by Schumacer Group. Okiboru’s other restaurant is in Sandy Springs.

Steve Josovitz of the Schumacer Group has leased Okiboru the former Karma Farm and Holeman & Finch space on Peachtree. The fully equipped turnkey space includes all dining room furniture.

Rent for the 1,470-square-foot location in Buckhead — one of Atlanta’s richest neighborhoods — will be 40 dollars per square foot.

Okiboru, which crafts its own noodles on-site, is the only ramen in Atlanta to make the Michelin Bib Gourmand List, according to the press release. Their unique technique involves brewing broth for twice as long as typical ramen broth to ensure its consistency is perfect for dipping.

Justin Lim, Bobby Jung, and Hyun Park, the founders of Okiboru, trained in Japan to master the Tsukemen craft. They have since been on a mission to introduce this style of “dipping ramen” to a wider audience of eaters outside of Japan.
