SENSU Sushi Restaurant & Bar will open its doors in Trilith’s Town Centre on Monday, July 25, the development where the restaurant is housed recently announced. The culinary experience by “Sushi to the Stars” purveyor Alvin Dayrit offers sushi and a full beverage bar.
“Dayrit is known for providing clever and intricate on-set catering to the world’s biggest movie stars and major film productions including those with the world’s most famous superheroes,” according to the release. “The renowned chef has also been recognized for his signature cocktails and fresh meals, imported from exotic locations around the globe like Faroe Island, Prince Edward Island and more.”
“I’ve traveled all over the world cultivating my craft and skills and I’m excited to open in Trilith’s burgeoning Town Centre,” Dayrit said. “My goal is to create an unequaled culinary experience that is inclusive to all, and we’re thrilled to join an impressive group of restaurants and retail establishments. We can’t wait to serve the Trilith and Fayetteville community.”
With nearly 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, Dayrit’s restaurant journey began in Miami and took him around the world. Since then, the chef has become wildly popular for catering specialty sushi rolls to some of the most-recognizable names in the film industry.
“We’re thrilled to have a culinary talent like Alvin join our retail and restaurant district,” said Rob Parker, president of Trilith. “His artistic vision and unique culinary skills are already creating a buzz here in the town. It’s the ideal addition to Town Centre as we continue to create one of the best dining and tourist destinations in the South.”
