North & Central Ventures and BCDC have broken ground on a luxury townhome community in historic downtown Hapeville, according to a press release. Situated on 3.9 acres, at 781 North Central Avenue, the property will include 68 Class A townhomes, green space, and outdoor common areas.

“BCDC is excited to bring luxury townhomes to downtown Hapeville with our new partner, North & Central Ventures,” Litt Glover, CEO and president of BCDC, said in the release. “This is a great site, located near major employers, Atlanta international airport and interstates 85 and 75, which offer direct access to Atlanta’s urban cores.”

The project will consist of two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1,280 to 1,830 square feet, providing several floor plan options for renters. Units will be “well appointed with high-end finishes” and sit above a two-car garage.

Community amenities include green space, fire pits and a dog park. Two ingress and egress points will allow for convenient access to North Central Avenue.

It is within walking distance of the historic downtown Hapeville and local destinations like Arches Brewing, Hapeville Corner Tavern, Chick-Fil-A’s original Dwarf House restaurant, Volare Wine & Bistro, and Dua Vietnamese.

The architect and general contractor for the project is Harrison Homes, an affiliate of NCV, which has more than 15 years of experience delivering residential custom homes, condos and townhomes in metro Atlanta. First occupancy is anticipated in the first quarter of 2023.
