A new convenience store is moving forward in Snellville.

According to a building permit application, a new complete structure (6,076 square feet) is planned for 3200 Stone Mountain Highway, northeast of Atlanta.

Mohammad Hassan of MTH Enterprises, Inc. is the developer. Hassan could not be reached for comment.

It’s not clear what the store will be or when it will be open for business. But a Gwinnett County Zoning Board of Appeals meeting agenda from April 2022 includes a proposal from MTH Enterprises, Inc. for a “Convenience store with fuel pumps, retail, and restaurant,” with locations at 3200 Stone Mountain Highway; 2154 and 2164 Rosedale Road; and 2155 and 2165 Highpoint Road.

According to the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, MTH Enterprises, Inc. was created in 2016.
