Midtown is getting a new nail salon, with a new location of Sugar Polish Nail Bar in the works.

The salon is proposed for 675 W Peachtree Street in suite 204, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The space will be more than 3,000 square feet, according to the application.

The salon is planned for the second level of the plaza at Tower Square, a 1.8-million-square-foot mixed-use project adjacent to Tech Square. The site is near Fox Theatre and the North Avenue MARTA station.

Sugar Polish Nail Bar first began in 2018 with a salon in Athens. The salon now has several locations in the state, offering manicures, pedicures and waxing services.

New locations of Sugar Polish Nail Bar are also planned for Poncey-Highland, as well as at the new Lumen Briarcliff apartment complex, which is under construction now and expected to open this summer.
