More restaurants and entertainment could be headed to Roswell at a property called Roswell Plaza.

Commercial real estate firm The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) is seeking a revitalized shopping center with new restaurants and entertainment concepts at 100 Norcross Street, Urbanize Atlanta first reported.

TSCG describes the project as a “New development located within popular Downtown Roswell’s booming restaurant/retail district,” touting the town’s pedestrian-friendly areas.

The site is adjacent to Variant Brewing Company and the mixed-use Southern Post project and the upcoming Chambray Hotel. Eleven tenant spaces, one of which is a separate building, could range in size from 1,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet, according to a conceptual site map. Some of the concepts could include outdoor seating and patio space.

TSCG was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Atlanta.
