A new seafood concept from an experienced chef is joining an upcoming food hall in Roswell.

Across the Coast Seafood will feature lobster rolls, gumbo, and shrimp and grits, as well as signature items like seafood nachos and Cajun pasta.

The gourmet seafood stall is expected to open at Roswell Junction during Labor Day weekend.

The concept comes from Deallo Frazier, also the chef behind Deallo’s Seafood, which can be found at Halidom Eatery, a new food hall at 1341 Moreland Avenue SE.

Frazier graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta for culinary management and culinary arts, and he has nearly 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Roswell Junction will feature a total of eight food concepts, three bars and a 2,400-square-foot patio. The 12,000-square-foot space is located south of Roswell Square at the former Atlanta Street Baptist Church. The church sold the property and moved to Woodstock.

A groundbreaking ceremony for Roswell Junction was held earlier this year.
