A new mixed-use project would bring more than 800 residential units to South Fulton.

According to a recent Development of Regional Impact (DRI) filing, the new apartment complex would include a total of 842 units and 1,000 square feet of commercial space. The units would be built in two phases, according to the filing. The site for the proposed project is located off State Route 92, southwest of Atlanta.

The estimated completion date on the project called Lofts at South Fulton is 2027, according to the DRI filing.

WB Property Group, a New-York based real estate company with a focus on ground-up multifamily development, is listed as the developer of the project. Their portfolio includes properties in New York, Texas and Florida.

Atlanta Business Chronicle was first to report the news.
