Starting in 1891, through ‘Fiesta San Antonio,’ the city transforms into a carnival of vibrant celebration that uplifts its heritage for both residents and visitors. Although it started as a parade for respecting the Alamo champions, the festival now celebrates diverse culture of San Antonio.
Every year, San Antonio welcomes over 100 military units and local nonprofit groups who bring up 100 amazing events for 11 days. These events hail from the categories of food, music, pageantry, sports, parades, exhibits, and Fiesta Royalty.
Notable events for 2025 include Fiesta Dance, Art in the Garden, Deco Fiesta, and Taste of the Republic.
