Donut lovers in Waller have a new reason to celebrate. A permit has been filed for Donut Delight to open at 30010 Farm to Market 2920 #300, confirmed by Owner Van Phallin.

According to permit filings, the project involves the renovation of a vacant 1,500-square-foot lease space, with work set to begin in July 2025. The total estimated cost for the buildout comes in at $78,900. The scope includes transforming the space into a fully functioning donut shop, with all the essentials expected for fresh-made pastries and early morning service.

While no additional comments were made as of this publishing, Donut Delight is likely to offer a familiar lineup of classic, cake, and filled donuts, alongside coffee and grab-and-go breakfast items common to neighborhood donut shops. Guests can probably expect a mix of sweet staples and fresh morning fare once doors open.

Waller’s newest donut destination is expected to be completed by November 2025.
