According to recent public records, a new Mexican inspired establishment is coming to town. Casa Del Tequila is preparing to open soon in Rockledge at 3100 S Fiske Blvd.
A recent report by Business Debut states that the establishment will be “bringing full service Mexican cuisine and a full bar to the space formerly home to Sushi Factory, the restaurant’s General Manager shared with Business Debut.”
In addition, the report states that CDT will “offer indoor seating for 129 guests.”
“Guests can expect traditional Mexican fare in a sit-down atmosphere, complemented by a full bar.”
No opening date has been announced.
