Despite the perfect score Sweetsong Kitchen and Bar received a year prior, it comes as a surprise to see the establishment fail to maintain a satisfactory score.

According to the report, unsanitary conditions, behaviors, and improper managerial control were among the reasons for this score. Inspectors have arranged a follow-up inspection within 10 days to correct violations, or else the establishment permit will be suspended.

Inspectors noted seven dented cans in the dry storage. Raw beef, raw chicken, lobster, and other temperature-controlled foods were found vacuum-packed in the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler, which were packaged for over 48 hours. The detailed inspection report is available online.
