According to a recent business license application, the halal chicken wings chain IniWings plans to open in Berkeley.
Coming to 2114 Center Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as the cafe Elaichi Co., the Californian restaurant Gather, and the pizza joint Jupiter.
What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the location’s franchisee, Ehtisham Hassan, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with IniWurger, the concept is known for offering 100% halal chicken wings and chicken tenders, free of hormones and antibiotics.
There are currently four locations across Campbell, Fremont, Pleasanton, and Santa Clara.
