Ale & Ivy is gearing up for expansion, with a new location in the works for Webster. The growing brand will open its doors at 335 Royal Tern Way, bringing its distinct blend of craft offerings and upscale atmosphere to the area, as reported by Community Impact.

Ale & Ivy is a reimagined dining and entertainment venue that opened in June 2023 in The Woodlands. The establishment transformed the former Rookies Sports Bar into a modern space featuring a sports bar, dining area, two private karaoke rooms, a back patio, and games such as pool tables and basketball arcade games. The rebranding was led by original Rookies owners Lloyd Ace and David Fairchild, along with partners Kalani Baker and Nelson Fuertes, aiming to revitalize the space and bring a midtown feel to the area.

The menu at Ale & Ivy, crafted by Executive Chef Jason Brandom, offers elevated American cuisine with a variety of shareables, entrees, and house-made desserts. Signature dishes include the Boss Burger, crispy shrimp tacos, and crispy deviled eggs topped with bacon jam and caviar. The beverage program features handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, high-end spirits, and over 30 local and craft draft beers served at a chilling 29 degrees. Ale & Ivy also hosts community events and offers amenities like bottle service, a DJ on weekends, and party packages for various occasions.

Details about what specific features or menu items the Webster location may debut have not yet been released. However, if the success of its other location is any indication, guests can likely expect a welcoming environment, curated drinks, and an experience designed to blend sophistication with everyday comfort.

Ale & Ivy’s move into Webster signals continued growth for the brand as it builds momentum in the greater Houston area. More updates are expected to come as the project progresses toward its opening in early Spring 2026.
