According to CultureMap San Antonio, a Saladworks and Frutta Bowls combination outpost is readying to open in Alamo City.
Coming to 19141 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 108, the eatery will land near establishments such as Frutta Bowls, the Stone Oak Crossing shopping mall, and Vida Mia.
“This is going to be our first location,” shares Jeff Tostado, who will operate the business alongside the franchisee and his wife, Tiffany Tostado.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Saladworks, the concept is known for offering fresh, made-to-order salads, wraps, grain bowls, soups, sandwiches, and paninis.
Additionally, “Frutta Bowls started in 2016 as the brainchild of Brooke Gagliano… [and] has since grown from the original location in Freehold, New Jersey to 39 locations across 16 states,” the business shares on its website.
“From Acai to Zinc, Frutta Bowls continues to use only the freshest, ripest, and most flavorful plant-based, whole-food ingredients featured in customizable bowls and smoothies, as well as toasts and protein bites,” the statement continues.
Both brands are owned by the parent company WOWorks.
Saladworks and Frutta Bowls on Stone Oak Parkway are slated to open in early May. Stay tuned for updates.
