Violations Found During the Inspection

The premises of Wokcano Crescent had evidence of pests like rodents and insects. This is a notable health and safety violation. Moreover, the holding temperatures of both hot and cold foods were not acceptable. This could cause bacterial growth and foodborne illnesses, making most food served by the establishment extremely unsafe for consumption.

Additionally, the facility’s food safety certification was either not available or not valid. The staff was asked to ensure that someone from the team took the food safety certification test or that they hired someone with a valid certification.

Supplies were also missing in the bathroom closets. More points were deducted when the inspectors found that none of the food or equipment had been impounded.

As a result of the violations listed above, the premises of the restaurant were shut temporarily to ensure better service for future customers. The restaurant will have to make sure that the team has eliminated the vermin infestation and fixed all their violations.
