Fatted Calf, the charcuterie and butchery shop, has renovated their storefront in the Ferry Building Marketplace to take advantage of the full space and provide an engaging experience for customers. Fatted Calf welcomed customers back into the vibrant space on April 24, with its offering of charcuteries, sandwiches, box lunches, meats, cheese, butchery classes and more. The new space will feature:
- A larger meat and cheese case, ensuring all of their offered products are on display
- An expanded retail and grocery section
- Seating, both table and countertop
- A window to the butchery area
- Additional room to browse products and taste samples

Fatted Calf completed renovations to take full advantage of the entire space and introduce a more inviting and full experience for their guests. The team at Fatted Calf encourages guests to sit, relax, and unwind with a unique view of staff preparing meats, cheeses, and more through the window to their butchery area.
Fatted Calf hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, Sunday, 10:00am – 4:00pm.
