Que Sera Syrah, a wine bar in Montreal known for its curated wine selection and cozy, inviting atmosphere, is set to make its debut in Brossard, located at 20-1725 Avenue des Lumières.
The new wine bar, owned and operated by Pamela Sepe, is set to open at the Quartier DIX30 shopping complex, according to the company’s social media. While additional information about this new restaurant’s menu offerings is limited, customers can expect a variety of wines, oysters, and a cocktail bar. Sepe tells What Now Montreal that Que Sera Syrah is scheduled to open in June 2025, likely between June 12 and 25.
Customers can enjoy creative and original cocktails or a selection of local and international wines while sharing delicious and unpretentious dishes, according to the company’s website. The welcoming team and warm atmosphere aim to put visitors at ease. Whether seasoned connoisseurs or curious explorers, patrons can explore a collection designed to delight the taste buds and rekindle a passion for wine.
The cellar is exclusively stocked with privately imported wines, more than a third of which are natural. All cocktails are made with house-made syrups and ingredients and feature local spirits. A unique selection of mocktails is also available. The kitchen offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes to share, featuring seafood, fresh pasta, and other delicious items. Customers can grab a seat at the bar to watch the shucker at work.
“Like lazy people, we all seek to live by taking our time,” according to the company’s website. “It’s the quest for comfort, to forget our daily worries and enjoy the present moment. Que sera, sera. On the menu: good food, good wine, good company! This project was created by a couple of restaurant professionals: a sommelier and a mixology enthusiast. Together, we are dedicated to helping you discover new flavors and thoughtful pairings.”
