According to recent public records, a new charcuterie service is coming to the area. Operating out of Longwood, Charcuterie Chateau will soon provide central Florida with a versatile new catering option for meats, cheeses, and more.

In a brief recent interview, owner Tatiana Anderson tells What Now that apart from meats and cheeses Charcuterie Chateau will also provide a “frozen bar, including frozen drinks, pina coladas, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.”

In addition, the striving young company hopes to satisfy cravings for sweets with candy bars and chocolate bars.

Anderson aims to begin operating in May.
