According to recent social media activity, a local desserts chef will soon open his newest establishment. Ô Bon Chocolatier will soon debut at the East Market on 3201 Corrine Dr.

“We’re beyond excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand new chocolate shop — Ô Bon Chocolatier,” the Instagram post states.

“Brought to you by the creators of @lightonthesugar, this new concept is dedicated to the art of fine chocolate, handcrafted bonbons, and sweet moments worth savoring.”

“Why “Ô Bon”?,” it continues.

“Inspired by the French expression “Ô bon!” — meaning “Oh, good!” — it perfectly captures that magical first bite of something truly delicious. “Bon” also means “good” in French, and we’re all about the good things in life (especially chocolate).”

“Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share more with you soon. Opening Spring 2025 — just in a few weeks!”
