Located on West Yamato Road at the intersection with Broken Sound Boulevard Northwest in Boca Raton, the Shoppes of Blue Lake are about to add a brand-new restaurant and cafe to their food and drink roster. VC’s Kitchen will soon start serving up salads, wraps, paninis, and more at 1200 W Yamato Road, Suite B3 according to submitted plan review documents.

“It’s going to be a salads, wraps, and panini place, but we’re not limited to that,” co-owner Allie Palma told What Now on Monday. “There will be fresh seafood, mac and cheese, flatbreads—plus an oatmeal bar in the morning, coffee, and tea. With the really large seating area, we think it’s going to be a great spot.”

Behind the restaurant is chef Vinny Carbone, who has previously been active in the Boca Raton restaurant scene.

VC’s Kitchen’s space will feature about 35 seats indoors and 10 more outside, and Palma says it has been renovated from floor ceiling. It’s expected to open this summer.

“It’s a great looking spot, everything brand new. There will also be some TV’s and a great sound system. It’s going to be the perfect place to hang out. Anyone and everyone is welcome; we’re really excited to open.”

What Now is awaiting further updates on the upcoming cafe and restaurant, so stay tuned for more details.
