PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is officially headed to La Marque, with a new location planned for 4975 FM1764 #900. The upcoming shop is the passion project of local couple Lisa and Christian Corsi, who are stepping into business ownership after years of being loyal fans of the brand.
“My sister and I had found PJ’s back in our college/high school days,” Lisa shared. “We were addicted to the Honey Crème Brulee Iced Latte—springtime favorite! When I was looking into franchising I ran across PJ’s and there was no looking back. I was a loyal customer and now a future business owner!” She added that it didn’t take much convincing to get her husband on board: “Once he learned about PJ’s being the Soul of Coffee, he was fully supportive.”
In addition to signature drinks and PJ’s signature New Orleans-style roasted beans, the location will debut the company’s recently launched Loyalty Club and mobile app, which includes features like dedicated mobile order parking spots to make pickup more convenient. Lisa also emphasized that community involvement will be a central focus: “With all the development coming along, we would love to hear from the community if they want a local drink we can whip up for our La Marque community!”
The project is currently in the early permitting phase, with construction timelines still dependent on weather and municipal approvals. As Lisa noted, “We are about to approach hurricane season… so locals know how unpredictable that can be.” The Corsis are hoping to open their doors in late 2025 or early 2026.
