Camino at BuHi, a new housing community in Doraville, Metro Atlanta, celebrated its grand opening. The development by the Atlanta-based firm, RangeWater Real Estate, in partnership with North America Sekisui House (NASH), has added hundreds of housing units to the city’s inventory.

RangeWater’s first housing community in Doraville, Camino At BuHi, is situated within the I-285 Perimeter in the city, at the intersection of Buford Highway and Jess Norman Way at 3712 Stewart Road. Its location will make commute easy and provide access to a variety of amenities and entertainment for the residents.

Camino At BuHi Celebrates Grand Opening

The grand opening event at Camino at BuHi was graced by the presence of the Mayor of Doraville, Joseph Geierman, and council members Stephe Koontz and Carrie Armistead. Representatives from NASH and RangeWater CEO Steven Shores were also present at the occasion.

RangeWater partnered with the City of Doraville, which provided support and guidance, to make the project a reality. Speaking at the event, the Doraville Mayor said, “The opening of Camino is a proud moment for Doraville. This community brings high-quality housing to our city while delivering on the vision of our Comprehensive Plan.” He added that thoughtful developments like Camino at BuHi can enhance livability, connect people to transit, and contribute to Doraville’s progress.

A Closer Look At Camino At BuHi

Camino at BuHi offers a total of 303 apartment units and townhomes. The units will come in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options and the floor area will range from 474 to 1,411 square feet. The homes will also have contemporary features like quartz countertops, luxury vinyl tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology.

Amenities and Community Features

Residents at Camino at BuHi will also have access to a wide range of amenities. These include a resort-style pool courtyard, a well-equipped fitness center, a rooftop lounge, co-working offices with dedicated podcast recording spaces, a private speakeasy, an outdoor grilling station, a dog park, as well as, a spa.

Getting Around from Camino at BuHi

Doraville’s City Hall is just a short walk from the Camino at BuHi community. Residents can also reach the new Assembly Yards mega-project easily on foot. The Buford Highway, which stands as a vibrant cultural corridor and is lined with international restaurants, markets, and shops, is also in close proximity to the community.

To enhance mobility and outdoor living, RangeWater is also installing a new segment of the Peachtree Creek Greenway along Stewart Road, that will serve as the community’s entrance. This trail will offer connectivity to City Hall, City Center, and the Doraville MARTA station in the near future.

Camino at BuHi is the fourth project by RangeWater’s recently established in-house construction company. It is the fully integrated rental housing company’s 26th development in the Atlanta area. Moreover, the firm has assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West.
