A new restaurant called Otis will serve classic New Orleans food from breakfast to dinner at the corner of Chartres and Iberville streets in the French Quarter. According to a LinkedIn posting, Otis will serve steak, seafood, gumbo, oysters, po-boys, pastas, and sandwiches. There will also be a fully staffed bar. An opening date has not been announced, and there currently isn’t a formal online presence. What Now New Orleans has reached out for more details.

Otis will be located on the ground floor of a mixed-use building at 201 Chartres St., a space which used to be home to Crescent City Cooks. That business was a culinary-themed retail shop that also had a demonstration kitchen where cooking classes were held.
