After opening in Studio City last month with a plethora of special offers, Urbane Cafe appears nowhere close to slowing down its expansion throughout Los Angeles, this time with new locations coming to Long Beach and Rancho Palos Verdes.
Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported on Urbane Cafe opening new locations in Studio City at 11277 Ventura Boulevard and Long Beach at 4001 N. Lakewood Blvd., Suite 100, in the LBX Long Beach Exchange Retail. This appears to be just the beginning, considering the company has another two locations up its sleeve. Urbane Cafe will open a new location in Rancho Palos Verdes at 29131 S Western Avenue, according to the company’s website. After this, the company will focus on Long Beach, where another location will open in a brand-new building currently under construction at 650A N Bellflower Boulevard, according to Westar Associates. It’s unclear when these two locations are expected to open.
These two new locations are a part of a much larger expansion plan throughout Southern California. Urbane Cafe has recently announced an additional location opening in Orange County, with a new site opening in Orange at 691 S. Main Street. Both these new Los Angeles locations are strategically placed near busy shopping centers that will attract plenty of foot traffic. The Rancho Palos Verdes site will sit down the street from The Terraces at South Bay, while the Long Beach location will sit in the Bixby Village Plaza. Other tenants set for the latter, formerly the site of a CVS, include California Fish Grill, Luna Grill, and The Melt.
When these two new locations open, customers can expect a consistent menu featuring signature items like the Chimichurri Steak Sandwich and Ahi Tuna Salad, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The ambiance is welcoming and community-focused, with a casual atmosphere for various diners. Each restaurant includes a hearth oven where bread is baked fresh daily. New openings often feature grand opening events with special promotions and giveaways. The expansion reflects Urbane Cafe’s commitment to serving healthy, high-quality meals in a comfortable setting. The new sites are an excellent fit for the company, as they are located in communities with a strong focus on health and wellness.
