‘Richard’s Southern Fried’ coming soon to the Inman Park mixed-use development.

Todd RichardsWhite Oak Kitchen and Cocktails’ executive chef, has plans to open Richard’s Southern Fried at Krog Street Market (KSM), Creative Loafing’s (CL) James Oxendine first reported Thursday.

The forthcoming restaurant, at 99 Krog Street NE, would be situated near Jenni’s Splendid Ice Cream and across the way from Yalla in the Inman Park mixed-use development.

Richard’s Southern Fried could open early 2016.

KSM is home to a number of chef-driven concepts including Ford Fry’s Superica, Eli Kirshtein’s The Luminary, and Kevin Ouzts’ The Spotted Trotter, among others.

Todd Richards, formerly of The Pig and The Pearl in Atlantic Station and The Shed at Glenwood, was not immediately available for comment. However, What Now Atlanta (WNA) did uncover the domain RichardsSouthernFried.com was registered Thursday.
