Cafe Landwer, the Mediterranean-inspired café, will open its second Florida location on Wednesday, June 4. Located at 9858 Clint Moore Road, this marks the brand’s 15th North American location and its latest move in a steady U.S. expansion.
Founded in 1919 as a coffee roasting facility in Berlin, Landwer Coffee became one of Israel’s most recognized brands after opening the first coffee roasting house in Tel Aviv in 1933. In 2004, the first Cafe Landwer opened in Tel Aviv. The concept has since grown to more than 80 locations across Israel before expanding to North America with its first location in Toronto in 2018.
“Bringing Cafe Landwer to Boca Raton is a meaningful step for us,” said Nir Caspi, co-founder of Cafe Landwer in a statement. “This community values great food, strong connections and a welcoming atmosphere, which is everything our brand stands for. We’re excited to introduce our signature hospitality and Mediterranean flavors to a new neighborhood we hope to become a part of for years to come.”
The Boca Raton location will span approximately 3,300 square feet and feature a wrap-around patio and an open-concept kitchen. In a first for the brand, this location will also include a wood-fired pizza oven.
Cafe Landwer has a diverse menu that combines traditional Mediterranean flavors with modern touches. Signature dishes include shakshuka, schnitzel and a variety of hummus plates, along with house-made Rosalach pastries. The cafe also serves its signature Landwer Coffee, a curated tea selection, fresh juices, wine and craft cocktails.
Designed with natural light and clean, contemporary finishes, the space continues the brand’s emphasis on creating a welcoming, everyday dining environment and broad appeal.
Cafe Landwer will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
