One of the most exciting food hall debuts of 2020 is coming soon to Brightline’s MiamiCentral station. Called Central Fare, this new food collective will feature 12 different chef-driven concepts, according to coverage published by TimeOut.
“[Central Fare will be] a platform for Miami’s most creative restaurateurs to introduce new concepts and iterations of local favorites,” Brightline Florida CEO Patrick Goddard says in the coverage. “[We] are committed to delivering a culinary and lifestyle experience through Central Fare that downtown Miami can call its own.”
In addition to all this easily accessible food, Central Fare will also boast 12,000 square feet of private event space. This promises to make MiamiCentral live up even more to its name, as one of the city’s central meeting places.
Still: we haven’t forgotten about the food program! What Now reached out on Tuesday to Brightline Assistant Vice President of Ancillary Revenue Fabien Lepaitre, who is heading up the food program at Central Fare to ask about the planned vendors in the food collective.
It remains under wraps, however: “We’re not revealing that yet, but we will be soon,” Lepaitre said.
We’ll be keeping an eye out!
