With owner and chef Bryant Fajardo at the helm, Patio Tapas & Beer is “The home of Tapas in Boca Raton.” It’s been named on lists like “20 Best Restaurants in Boca Raton You Must Try” and “5 Best Places to Get a Drink in Boca Raton,” and now the brand is relocating to a new spot.

Plan review documents submitted by Patio Tapas and Beer LLC show a Patio Tapas and Beer opening at 504 Via de Palmas, in Boca Raton. The location is just down the street from Patio’s current home at 250 SE First Ave.

“Something beautiful is coming…” says a recent Instagram post by the restaurant. “Boca Raton, your new favorite Patio is almost ready!”

What Now reached out to Chef Bryant Fajardo on Friday to inquire about plans for a new Patio Tapas & Beer location. Fajardo was not immediately available for comment.

“A graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, Bryant’s culinary skills were further developed by working with, and learning from, some of the best chefs in the industry, including Chef Walter Menzke, owner of Republiquela rated by TIME Magazine as one of the 11 best new restaurants in the world!” says the Patio Tapas website.

The menu has included Montaditos with protein choices like Gamba, Pulpo, and Foie Gras; “Tradicional” choices like Patatas Bravas and Gazpacho; and “Carnes” dishes like Crispy Pork Belly (Crispy Duroc pork belly chunks served with pickled shallots, lime) and Pulpo Salad (pan seared octopus, potatoes, pimenton, and olive oil).
