According to Eight Turn Crepe’s President of Franchising, Marleen Zhik, the company plans to debut a new outpost at an undisclosed address in Pleasanton.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, “Eight Turn Crepe originally opened its doors in New York City’s Soho neighborhood in 2013,” the business shares on its website. It currently operates six locations across California, Nevada, New York, and Texas

The creperie briefly explains its name on its website: “The name ‘Eight Turn’ comes from the deep, Asian reverence and respect for the number eight. The number EIGHT (8) (八 ) (hachi) in Japanese signifies happiness and prosperity. It is also symbolic of the concept of infinity.”

On the menu are crepes “made with 100% gluten-free rice flour… always filled with fresh and unique ingredients every time.” The statement continues, “Prepared sweet or savory, Eight Turn Crepe can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.”

An opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
