Bath & Body Works has a store on the way to East West Common Shopping Center in Mableton at 1757 East-West Connector, Suite 200, with plans to open later this summer, according to signage. The space formerly housed clothing brand rue21.
This spot will be the first for Bath & Body Works specifically within Mableton, though the Ohio-based brand has a strong presence in the Atlanta market.
The new shop will neighbor pOpshelf, T.J. Maxx, Target, Office Max, Burlington and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Bath & Body Works is known for its body care, aromatherapy, soaps, candles and air fresheners. It supplies a wide expanse of scents for all of its items. The chain has more than 1,800 company-operated in the U.S. and Canada, as well as 425 international franchise locations, according to the Bath & Body Works website.
They have been working towards expanding internationally this year and have been expanding their product line in the past couple years, with introductions like a laundry care product line.
It appears that construction has been underway on the spot heading to Mableton, though a precise opening date is still forthcoming.
