Mediterranean-inspired eatery Hummus Republic is set to open a new location at 1710 Columbus Pike in Delaware, Ohio. Positioned next to Chipotle and OhioHealth Urgent Care, the fast-casual spot will be the first of its kind in the area.
Hummus Republic offers a customizable menu featuring bowls, pitas, and wraps made with a variety of fresh ingredients. Guests can choose from bases like greens, grains, or warm garbanzo beans, and top them with proteins such as chicken shawarma, falafel, or gyro meat. A wide array of sauces, spreads, and veggie toppings rounds out the menu, catering to a range of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
While an official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, signage is already up at the site. This Delaware opening comes as part of the brand’s ongoing national expansion, with another Central Ohio location also in the works near the Ohio State University campus.
